QR codes & sharing
Share your space with a link or QR code, anywhere.
Every space has its own public web address — cntct.space/your-slug — and you can hand it out two ways: copy the link, or download a QR code that points straight to it. Both live in the same place on your dashboard, so sharing is a two-click job.
Your link and QR code never change as long as your slug stays the same, so anything you print or post keeps working even after you edit your blocks. For how slugs and going live work, see Publishing your space.
Your link only loads for visitors once the space is published. While it's a draft, the address (and any QR pointing at it) shows a not-found page. Publish first, then share.
Finding the share actions
Sharing happens from your space list on the dashboard. Each space row has an Edit and Open button plus a ⋯ (More options) menu — that's where Copy link and QR code live.
- Go to your dashboard.
- Find the space you want to share in the Your spaces list.
- Click the ⋯ button at the end of that row.
- Choose Copy link or QR code.
Copying your link
Copy link puts your full public address (cntct.space/your-slug) on your clipboard so you can paste it into a bio, a message, an email signature, or anywhere else. The menu closes once you click it, and the link is ready to paste.
You can always see a space's address right on its row, shown as cntct.space/your-slug under the name — handy for double-checking the slug before you share.
Generating & downloading the QR code
QR code opens a small dialog showing a scannable code for your space, with the full URL printed underneath. Anyone who scans it with a phone camera lands directly on your page.
- Open the ⋯ menu on the space row and click QR code.
- Wait a moment for the code to render in the dialog.
- Click Download to save it as a PNG image to your device.
- Click Close (or click outside the dialog) when you're done.
The download is a .png file named after your space, for example my-studio-qr.png. It's a square image around 320 pixels — fine for screens, social posts, and small print like a business card. For a large banner or poster, scale it up in your design tool; QR codes stay scannable when enlarged.
QR codes and link sharing are available on every plan, including Free — there's nothing to unlock.
Where to use it
- Social bios — paste your link in Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
- Print — drop the QR PNG onto business cards, flyers, stickers, packaging, or event signage.
- Storefronts & events — a printed QR lets people scan and reach your page with no typing.
- Email & messaging — add the link to your signature or send it directly.
Before printing a QR code, scan it yourself with your phone to confirm it opens the right published page. It's much cheaper to catch a draft-only page now than after a print run.
Frequently asked
Where do I find the link and QR code for my space?
On your dashboard, open the ⋯ menu at the end of the space's row. You'll see Copy link and QR code there.
What URL does my QR code point to?
It points to your space's public address, cntct.space/your-slug. The same address shows under the space name on its dashboard row.
What format and size is the QR download?
It downloads as a square PNG image (around 320 pixels) named after your space. You can enlarge it in any image or design tool for posters and banners without losing scannability.
Can I download the QR code as an SVG or change its size and colors?
Not yet — the QR code is a fixed-size black-and-white PNG. If you need a vector or a custom size, scale or recolor the downloaded PNG in your own design tool.
Is sharing limited to paid plans?
No. Copy link and QR codes work on every plan, including Free.
My QR code shows a not-found page when scanned — why?
Your space is probably still a draft. The link and QR only resolve once the space is published. See Publishing your space.
